ORDERING
SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy of standard products (products in our catalog with the dimensions stated in the catalog except spelter (zinc or resin-poured) products are as follows:
We pay shipping costs within the Continental United States (includes to the border) as follows:
Customers - $3,500 of standard product
Distributors - $7,000 of standard product
We share shipping costs with customers in Canada 50/50% as follows:
Ontario & Quebec - $3,500 of standard product
All other providences - $7,000 of standard product
TERMS OF PAYMENT
1% 10 days Net 30
- To approved credit accounts. Orders will be invoiced at the prices
in effect at the time of shipment. Payments made after 30 days are subject to 2% interest.
SMALL ORDER FEE
All orders under $100.00 are subject to a $10.00 handling fee. No minimum orders.
RETURNED GOODS
No goods, standard
or special, may be returned for credit without our written
authority. A restocking charge of 20% shall be applied to all returns.
WARRANTY
Muncy Machine & Tool Co., Inc. and The Upson-Walton Company products are guaranteed free from defects in workmanship at time of shipment to the purchaser.
